2. General conditions governing the use of the website.
The user of the website of Valeriano Hernández Abogados (hereinafter "VHA") is obliged to comply with these general conditions and the legal provisions applicable when accessing the site.
The user accesses the web site at his or her own risk and responsibility. VHA does not guarantee the absence of computer viruses or any other harmful elements which may damage the user's computer or device, operating system or files.
The content displayed on the web site has been prepared solely and exclusively for informative purposes and must not be considered to constitute legal advice under any circumstances whatsoever.

4. Intellectual property
This website is the property of VHA and its reproduction is authorised exclusively for private use.
All the elements of the website are protected by the Intellectual Property Law, including, by way of example, the design, texts, images, logos, technology and source codes. No reproduction, copying, transformation, modification, distribution or, in general, any other form of exploitation rights over the site may be carried out.
5. Data protection.
In accordance with the Data Protection Law in Spain (Data Protection Act 15/1999), VHA handles personal data in the strictest confidentiality.
The user's personal data are not recorded automatically by the simple act of visiting the website of VHA, but some information is stored in the Net Server (for example, the type of Internet browser, the operating system used and the IP address from which the site is accessed).
Any CV submitted via e-mail is handled in confidence. Its submission by the user represents an authorisation for the personal datails to be stored and used in the selection processes undertaken by VHA. Users may exercise their rights to access, rectify, modify or cancel their personal data. To do so, they must send an e-mail to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org, including their name and surname(s), address and copy of their ID or passport.
6. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
This website is governed by Spanish law. The courts of the city of Madrid shall be competent to resolve any dispute that may arise regarding the use of this website.
