Fernando Azpeitia was born in 1962. He obtained a Bachelor Degree in Law and a Diploma in Business Administration from the Comillas Pontifical University of Madrid (ICADE) in 1987.
He has been practicing law since 1991. He also lectured Procedural Law in the Universidad Complutense de Madrid between 1995 and 1997.
He is the author of various publications.
