Francisco Martín-Caro was born in 1968. He obtained a Bachelor Degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid in 1992. From 1990 to 1991 he studied a Course in Community Law in Rouen (France). In addition, he obtained a Diploma in Advanced Studies in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid (1994-1996).
He has been practising law since 1997 and worked as a proxy in the courts between 1994 and 1997.
He is the author of various publications.
