José María Villalvilla Muñoz was born in 1969. He obtained a Bachelor Degree in Law and a Diploma in Business Administration from the Comillas Pontifical University of Madrid (ICADE) in 1992. He also obtained a Master in Tax Advice from the Centro de Estudios Financieros in 1993. In addition, he obtained an Advanced Studies Diploma in Law from UNED (1997-1999).
He is a practising lawyer since 1992. Between 1995 and 1997 he also lectured Procedural Law in the Complutense University of Madrid.
He is the author of various publications.
